Refund policy

We want you to love your Xmas Home products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return them within 30 days — and returns are free.

30-Day Free Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We cover the cost of return shipping and will send you a prepaid return label.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it, unused or gently tested.
  • Returned with all original parts and accessories (lights, remote, adapters, etc.).
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@xmashomeus.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with a free prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@xmashomeus.com.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible at support@xmashomeus.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
