Last updated: October 17, 2026
Thank you for shopping at Xmas Home. We want your holiday decor to arrive quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates
- FREE Fast Shipping on all orders of $49.99 or more.
- $7.99 flat rate on orders under $49.99.
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. In total, most customers receive their order within 4–10 business days of purchase.
During the peak holiday season (November–December), carriers may experience higher volumes and delays. We recommend ordering early to make sure your decor arrives in time for the holidays.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@xmashomeus.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped. Xmas Home is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
